I booked with them very last minute. I was a solo female travel traveling from Lake Atitlan to Guatemala City. They were able to tell me how early I should arrive the La Aurora Airport to make my international flight. I also slept the entire way back.

For our recent family vacation through Guatemala and Belize, I organized the entire trip myself. Through the “Dutchies in Guatemala” group, I connected with Luis to arrange all our private transportation. With a family of five, comfort, reliability, and flexibility are very important, and Luis handled this truly fantastically!

Punctual, comfortable, and safe
From the very first moment, communication via WhatsApp was incredibly smooth and reliable. Although we paid a bit earlier due to circumstances (at my own request), everything was one hundred percent trustworthy and professional. We requested comfortable minibuses, and that is exactly what we got: spacious, clean, and comfortable vehicles throughout in which we felt completely safe the entire trip.

Friendly drivers with a golden touch
We had several different drivers, and without exception, they were all incredibly friendly. Communication went smoothly in a great mix of English and Spanish. A couple of drivers really stood out for us: Leonel and Neill (who handled our transfer to Belize). Along the way, they provided fantastic extra information, actively thought along with our trip, and shared fascinating stories about local history and culture. To top it all off, they had cold bottles of water ready in the cooler box for everyone. Those are the little extras that make traveling with a family truly comfortable.

Absolute must-recommend!
Luis, thank you so much for the top-notch organization and pleasant communication. Everything was arranged down to the last detail and it made our vacation a lot more carefree. I used it myself twice. The last time when I was returning from San Pedro to the airport, I was not feeling well and I slept the entire way, but the driver was Very kind and a very good driver so I was able to rest.
It is so easy just to use WhatsApp and have the ride arranged, including the pick up and be confident that everything is taken care of. I recommend them very, very highly. And when I return I will definitely call upon them again

We booked a transportation service from Lake Atitlan to Antigua and last-minute Antigua to the airport. Nice car and professional drivers. Easy to communicate with and they even gave us contacts for some other services we needed at Lake Atitlan.
